Dietetic/Nutrition Consult
A once off 45 minute consult which will cover the topic of concern from a dietary perspective, such as managment of diabetes (T1/T2), weight loss/gain, eating disorders, cholesterol management, and general women/men's health.

Online Coaching
A 12-week comprehensive program that outlines a specific exercise regimen and meal plan, with weekly checkins via Loom through whats app to discuss your progress and trajectory. Additionally, we will request your most recent blood results for an depth analysis of which biomarkers may need to be improved in order to optimise your health. As an added bonus you will also have access to our Continuum Coaching Community, a free subscription to our preferred food tracking app, and early access to our recipe booklet.

Face to Face Sessions (F2F)
A hands on Face to Face session with your ideal coach. Sessions will last 60 minutes, where you will have the chance to ask questions about technique and form. You should expect to be pushed hard by your coach to optimise your training and gain experience in how training should feel.
